I’m interested in how an idea becomes a working business. That has taken me from planning a document-scanning product and analysing a consumer brand’s business model to my current work on AI business systems. Across these projects, I keep coming back to the same questions: what are we building, how will it work, and how will we know it does?
My current focus is AI systems for business operations. I’m interested in how agents coordinate parallel work, retain context and produce results that can be traced to their sources. I bring product planning, business analysis and commercial thinking to that work.
The consumer-brand work was Nashé, a university venture project where I analysed the business model and routes to market.
